Do I need to be home during service?

No. In most cases, you do not need to be home as long as we have safe access to the areas being serviced.

What services do you offer?

We provide professional window cleaning, including exterior, interior, and full-service cleaning. We also offer solar panel cleaning when requested.

Will I receive service updates?

Yes. We send text updates for important service milestones, such as when we’re on the way, when we arrive, and when service is complete.

What if access is blocked or restricted?

If we cannot safely access the service area, service may need to be rescheduled or adjusted depending on the situation.

Do you offer recurring services?

Yes. Some customers choose recurring window cleaning to keep their home consistently clean. We can schedule services based on your preferences.

How does billing work?

We send a quote for approval before service. Once the job is completed, payment can be made by cash, check, or card, and you’ll receive an invoice for your records.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. Just reach out and we’ll work with you to adjust your appointment.
