Do I need to be home during service?

No. As long as we have access to the yard, you do not need to be home.

Will I receive service updates?

Yes. We send text updates when we’re on the way, when we arrive, and when service is complete.

What if my gate is locked?

If we cannot access the yard, service may be skipped and resumed at the next scheduled visit.

Do you sanitize tools between homes?

Yes. Tools are sanitized between properties, and fresh boot covers are used at each home to prevent cross-contamination.

How does billing work?

Recurring services are billed monthly. There are no contracts, and you may cancel anytime.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Benton City and serve the surrounding Tri-Cities area.
